Cancellation and Refund Policy 

I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To accommodate our clients while ensuring fairness and efficiency in scheduling, I have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement

   • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

2. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

   • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.

3. No-Show Policy

   • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the full session fee. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment without any fees if done at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

• Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 25% of the session price.

Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility

   • A full refund is issued if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. Partial Refunds

   • Partial refunds, after deduction of applicable fees, are processed for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance as per the cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation by Reader

   • In the rare event that we need to cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.
